To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit of the total amount must be paid via credit card. The remaining balance will be paid upon key delivery and can be made in cash or through a bank transfer.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
If the tenant ends the rental period earlier than the agreed departure date for any reason, they are obligated to pay the full rental price.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. In the case of death or illness, a refund will be given upon presentation of a medical certificate, or the deposit can be left for the following year.
Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for the original payment and will be made in the following 7 business days.
The tenant must treat the property with care and is responsible for any damage caused to the property or any other items related to the property, whether caused by the tenant or their companions.
Any defects must be reported to the property.
Changes or alterations to this agreement will require written notice.
